Situated in the heart of the village of Grimston, The Old Bell is the perfect place from which to experience all Norfolk has to offer. Explore everything from the stunning North Norfolk coastline and the beautiful market towns and villages to the historic houses and gardens of nearby Sandringham and Houghton Hall. Close by are some fantastic eating places and we are situated in an excellent location for the local wedding venues of the nearby Happy Valley, High House Garden, Pentney Abbey, Congham Hall, The Ffolkes at Hillington and Godwick Great Barn and Hall.
OUR ROOMS
Stylish and newly refurbished our five rooms are individually designed in a relaxed, contemporary style. Crisp white linen, soft fluffy towels, Noble Isle shower and hair products, a choice of coffee and teas and a delicious continental breakfast served in the conservatory all add the essentials for a great stay.

Our rooms and en suites have recently been refurbished and we are very excited to share these with you. Using designer touches such as Crucial Trading carpets, Porcelanosa tiles, stylish column radiators, Egyptian cotton bed linen and Noble Isle toiletries, we hope your stay will be a truly enjoyable one.

Daily housekeeping is available; however we are mindful of the environmental impact of this, so can tailor housekeeping to your needs during your stay with us.

Enjoy a delicious continental breakfast with locally sourced ingredients served in our south facing conservatory or for guests with busy schedules not wanting to miss out on our delicious freshly baked pastries and freshly made coffee, try our popular Breakfast to Go option.
Bar
We have our own licensed bar at The Old Bell which is exclusively available for our guests. Choose a lovely bottle of wine or a refreshing cold beer to be put into your mini fridge for you to drink at your leisure.

Historic Houses
With Sandringham Estate and Houghton Hall being only a short 10 minute drive away there is so much history to explore and enjoy in the surrounding area. Slightly further afield are the renowned Holkham and Blickling Hall
Market Towns and Villages
Norfolk is home to an array of picturesque towns and villages where you will find ancient churches, pretty duck ponds, antique shops and terrific places to feast on local food.
Beaches
The Old Bell is situated less than 30 minutes drive from the North Norfolk Coast. North Norfolk has forty five miles of stunning coastline from Hunstanton to Cromer. Amongst some of our favourites are Brancaster, Holme next the Sea and Holkham and have aptly named some of our rooms after these delightful beaches..
Days Out
From adventure days out and axe throwing to afternoon tea with alpacas or a seal trip to Blakeney Point, there is something for everyone to enjoy in North Norfolk
Cycling and Walking
A short distance from The Old Bell is Peddars Way which leads to the North Norfolk Costal Path both of which are a true delight for both walkers and cyclists. Invoking a sense of adventure, there is so much to explore and visit both on foot and bike.
Bird Watching
Get your flask at the ready, camping chair out and binoculars holstered, as North Norfolk is a real bird watchers paradise
